The backdrop of Central Oregon features these lovely sisters which are three of the highest peaks in Oregon. We use three main types of malt and hops to represent these Central Oregon landmarks. This beautiful beer has a sunset red appearance to remind us of their presence at the end of the day.
New Zealand Hops
Founded on a base of British crystal malts & carried by large doses of East Kent Goldings. An easy drinking, timeless British-style IPA.
This Brown Ale is carefully crafted with six varieties of malts that have traversed the globe delivering rich toffee, dark caramel & subtle hazelnut notes with a clean sweet finish.
Classic Vienna Lager, Amber in color, slight malt sweetness, easy drinking beer.
Bright, tropical, pineapple, citrus, very quaffable
This new West Coast classic is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops. This beer boasts flavors of pine, orange marmalade, and lime.
Bavarian Style Pilsner
Floral aromas of citrus zest, lavender, lemon balm, dandelions, white pepper, juniper and spring bloom.
Sweet, juicy, tropical flavors of tree-ripened mango are balanced perfectly by the tart and tangy nature of this refreshing sour ale.
Capella Porter is named after a bright star in the constellation Auriga. Sweet dark malt aromas are followed by a nice medium body. Flavors of chocolate and caramel meld with just a touch of roast. A collection of American hops (Nugget, Chinook, Centennial and Cascade) brighten this lively porter.
Aged in red wine barrels and made with organic molasses, this smooth and silky stout is deceptively drinkable. Perfect for the winter season.
