This knockout of a beer is so named for the hop additions that give this great drinking ale that American twist. Four rounds of hops are added to the boil with the last addition at the knockout of the boil. A rich, creamy ale fermented at cool temperatures has a clean finish with hints of citrus. Medium-light bodied and ideally balanced for all tastes; make this a perfect beer when you want more. Fourth Round’s tempting light golden color, biscuit aroma, and smoothness go down effortlessly and often! Or maybe just four rounds…..

Milk sugar in your stout is like cream in your coffee. Dark and delicious, America’s great milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be. “Preconceived notions are the blinders on the road to enlightenment.” Udderly delightful.

Super smooth & refreshing subtle zing from berry notes with a striking pink color.

Hugh Heifer was created for a beer dinner a few years ago. Our brew team came together to formulate a seductive dessert beer and we love this beer so much that we brought it back as our rotating seasonal stout. This beer is a luxurious and velvety stout with a rich and complex flavor and aroma. The nose is dominated by layers of Chocolate, Coffee and lightly roasted Coco Puffs.

Pronounced Satūnsat, this is an ancient Mayan labyrinth found at Oxkintok, an archeological site in the Puuc region in southeastern Mexico. The labyrinth is a single building with three levels and ventilation shafts that line up with specific positions of the sun. The purpose is unknown. This beer is refreshing and perfect for a sunny Portland day or a lazy, quarantined, couch-potato kinda day.
