Ever-driven by our insatiable desire to explore (or is it a serious case of brewer ADD?), Right Kind of Haze came about during some of the worst air quality Cascadia has ever experienced in the summer of 2018. Heavy in the lesser known hops Wakatu and Moutere, it has a light, bright background of pils, corn, wheat and spelt malts. This grain bill gives us that hazy silkyness that everyone wants. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to WA firefighters

This West Coast Style IPA doesn’t shy away from the traditional bitterness of a true IPA while at the same time showcasing bold tropical fruit character. The beer starts off with a nose of ripe tropical fruit, including Pineapple and Papaya. Mango and nectarine follow through on the palate along with notes of cantaloupe and honeydew rounding it out. Nothing is held back with the bright, medium body that allows the showcase of fruit character to shine through. No fruit was harmed during the making of this beer because Hops the New Fruit!

A dank hoppy fruit blast from a double dose of El Dorado, Citra and Mosaic. Flaked Rye and Flaked Corn provide a crisp and spicy backdrop on top of a bed of pilsner malt for a smooth hazy IPA with just enough bitterness to balance it all out.

Cocktail Inspired Sour Ale. Brewed with 100% Weyermann Maltz, Kettle Soured using only Sour Maltz (no dairy) for natural and wild fermentation. Finished with a Belgian yeast strain, lager for at least 30 days finally fruit is added the day it is purchased to give the best and freshest aroma and flavor possible.
Sweet peach mango and and tropical fruit aroma and flavor. Just under 4lbs per bbl for a sticky/earthy mouthfeel.

Our hefe stays true to the German roots of this style with pronounced clove and banana flavors and shares the same Bavarian yeast strain as the oldest operating brewery in the world

Our NW style Red Ale is a beer for people who love IPAs, but like a little malt sweetness. Malts include American two-row, crystal 120, plus a blend of Special B and Red X malt. Then we throw in Summit, Centennial, and Cascade hops to balance out the sweetness creating complex flavors for a beer that appeals to both the hop lover and non-hop lover alike.

The American tradition of balancing the malt complexity. It is slightly sweet with a creamy mouthfeel. The refreshing body has a crisp, clean finish and is a bit fruity and satisfying, perfect for those summer days whether it be on the river, by the pool, or just soaking in the sun.

Oxen are typically used for the heavier work on the farm as one of the stronger types of cattle; we imagine after a touch day out in the fields, out Oxbow Oxen would want to settle into the rivers bend with a nice hop forward beer like this one. Our Oxbow India Style Pale Ale is medium bodied and aggressively hopped with a technique called “whirlpool” hopping which adds a nice delicate citrusy aroma and flavor. We also use a combination of Citra and Ekuanot hops in our dry hopping for that tropical fruit bouquet and to get a well-balanced, very drinkable American IPA.
