A golden ale hybrid fermented at cooler temperatures with an extended cold aging period. A small amount of Liberty hops are used with pilsner and pale malt to produce a malty drinkable session beer.
Amber in color, this beer has a strong, dense, white head and pleasant aromas of caramel and honey, with a good balance of malt and fruity notes. Dinkelacker Oktoberfest Märzen has a rich, textured palate with an underlying sweetness, true to tradition. Brewed according to the German Purity Law, this beer is extremely smooth and easy to drink – a great beer for celebrating.
