Not a Da-go-bah that you’ll want to miss this illustrious, exuberant, white IPA. We forced in a ton of late-addition hops and fermented it way down, and the result is this aromatic, dry-as-a-bone-in-a-Rancor’s-mouth IPA. You’ll want to stand on your head for one.
A glass full of Escalator can never break; it can only be drank. There should never be an “Escalator Temporarily Out” sign, just “Escalator Temporarily Getting Drank. Sorry for the convenience.”
Our flagship IPA is our best-seller at the brewery, and once you taste it, you’ll know why. We use a ton of hops, including Cascade, El Dorado, and Citra, but space them out in a way that’s not overpowering. Balanced, hoppy, and cozy like that one T-shirt from high school your wife wants you to throw away, the Elevator goes up AND down. Let it push your buttons.
Loads of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine, this beer features the wonderful hops that grow in our region. An assertive bitterness and just enough malt to bring balance, this IPA is the right choice for any occasion.
Brewed in honor of our Head Brewer Titus and his wife Kelli’s new adventure with the very recent addition of their first baby! Aromas of pear, cantaloupe, and orange give way to flavors of lemongrass, green tea, and resinous notes. Grab a pint and raise a toast to the new kid on the block – Tucker Rex!
this IPA is crisp, light, and delicious. Brewed with Pale Malt, Vienna Malt and Acidulated Malt the body is dry with a light grainy sweetness while hops of Vic Secret and Citra give you all the aroma and flavor of a light-bodied IPA.
Originally brewed in collaboration with Final Draft’s Couve Brew Bevy to be the official beer of the 2019 Vancouver Spring Brewfest! It’s a delightfully light and crisp IPA with citra and mosaic hops. In it’s first competition under the original name “Bevy’s First Draft”, it was awarded Honorable Mention in the highly-competitive IPA category at the Washington Beer Awards. So, now we call it Honorable Mention. Drink up!
Brewed in Collaboration with Warriors and Quiet Waters.
West Coast IPA with big tropical juicy aromatics and crisp finish. Highlighting Cluster, Strata, and Mosaic hops.
