These are the first apples to grow in the valley each year and make a great choice for our first press of the 2019 season. Gravensteins are a tart green apple and we blended these with Ribston Pippins to add body and lusciousness, creating zesty goodness.
This lightly tart cider, with delicate aromas of citrus and raspberry leaving behind tart cranberry and chardonnay.
Family lore has it that I really wasn’t much of a berry picker as a kid, but I remember things quite differently! Logans are generally one of the first berries of the season, and making this sweet, fruity cider floods me with memories of picking them behind where the farm store is today. Logans can’t be picked with a machine as they are too delicate and soft, and those attributes come out in the cider as a sweetness from start to finish.
Light and crisp with a strawberry forward taste and a raspberry ending.
Full-bodied cider with a heavy hand of peach.
The apple character marries with the added raspberry to create a balanced flavor.
Semi-sweet. Inspired by home-baked, hand-made, fresh apple pie. We’ve concocted a delicious drinkable dessert.
Like a dry wine with complex flavors. The apple character marries with the added fruit to create a balanced flavor.
Apple Outlaw Ciders are handcrafted at our family orchard in the Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon. We grow apples, we make cider, and we thank you for drinking it – Cheers!
Our Grapefruit & Hops starts with the aromas of melon and pungent citrus, a dry and tart body with subtle earthiness, and then ends with a sharp refreshing finish.
