This ale is a wonderful tapestry for the Rustic Belgian yeast stain and twelve pounds of Brother Rand’s Oregon City grown honey. Prost!

This cocoa-forward strong porter brewed with 8 different grains will excite your palate with a hint of cherry-wood smoke & dark fruit notes enhanced by 30-plus lbs. of Oregon wild plums in the boil. You may want to find a nice corner to sit in and enjoy!

Specialty malt from Irish maltster Loughran, creates the base of this extremely drinkable red. Aromatics of malt and fruit intermingle with the soft mouthfeel and malt sweetness up front. An addition of flaked barley and biscuit malt lend a toasty and bready notes to balance the malt sweetness. Light aromatics and flavors of noble hops round out this tasty specialty brew.
