Spanning the gap between the IPA and the American Pale belting out melodies of forest resin and ripe citrus, over a balanced verse of Kolsch yeast

Fresh Simcoe and Centennial hops pour in to a dense tropical rainforest dripping with the sticky, delicious mango, ripe summer peach, light cannabis, and deep orange. With hops this fresh, the decision to make this beer was the right decision. Clearly.

In the spring of 1980, a bearded, long haired, ragtag work crew known as the Gypsy Stumpers were hired to clear the stumps out of the newly formed runs on Hood River Meadows. Camped at lift tower 10 on HRM, they worked long hours falling trees six feet in diameter, but only three feet tall. Much like the stumpers, this beer works twice as hard for your riding pleasure. Tangerine and herbal flower notes make their way through the resinous, pine forest nose. Its sturdy body holds the weight of the vigorous hopping, resulting in an assertive balance.

NW juicy IPA-E9 Collaboration brew

An elegant IPA fermented with French Champagne yeast, blushing with honeyed apple and ripe citrus aromas. A no nonsense, get-out-of-my-way malt bill sings the parallel harmonies with the hops and yeast. Dry, light and oh so bubbly.

A black beer with a well-rounded bitterness that’s balanced with a pronounced roasted flavor that gives off coffee notes.

Amber in color, this beer has a strong, dense, white head and pleasant aromas of caramel and honey, with a good balance of malt and fruity notes. Dinkelacker Oktoberfest Märzen has a rich, textured palate with an underlying sweetness, true to tradition. Brewed according to the German Purity Law, this beer is extremely smooth and easy to drink – a great beer for celebrating.

Mosaic, Galaxy & Centennial hops added at the end; this easy-drinking pale is a tidal wave of citrusy goodness, without the bitter wipeout.
