A pale strong Belgian ale with hits of malty spice and fruity aromatics. Amoderate and balance addition of Saaz hops accentuates a subtle alcohol flavor and esters of bubble gum, banana and clove. This ale is a wonderful tapestry for the Rustic Belgian yeast stain and twelve pounds of Brother Rand’s Oregon City grown honey. Prost!
